Mocochinchi is a Bolivian iced tea made from peeled and dried peaches.
The preparation of Mocochinchi is very simple: the fruits are left in water overnight to soften, then cooked together with sugar and cinnamon. For added flavor, a few cloves can also be added.
The drink is served cold, optionally with a few ice cubes, and is especially popular among both young and old during the warmer half of the year. In Bolivia, Mocochinchi is actually served on almost every street corner.
