Ready mix for the popular purple corn pudding from Perú. 1 pack is enough for 1.5 liters / about 15 servings.
Preparation:
1. Bring 1L (4 measuring cups) of water to a boil.
If desired, add chopped fruit (apple, pineapple, quince).
2. Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in 1/2 L of cold water.
3. Slowly pour this mixture into the pot with boiling water.
Cook for about 1–2 minutes, then serve. If you prefer it sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
