Bolivian Recipes: Lechon al Horno
Baked pork ribs in white wine sauce. A delicious holiday meal made in Bolivia.
INGREDIENTS FOR LECHON AL HORNO
- 1.5 kg pork ribs with fat
- ½ L water
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- Rosemary to taste
- 1 cup of oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup white wine
- Lemon juice or vinegar

PREPARATION OF LECHON AL HORNO
- 1. Marinate the meat the night before.
- 2. Wash and dry the meat.

3. For the marinade, mix water, salt, cumin, pepper, wine, and wine.
