Bolivian Recipes: Chuño Phuti with Eggs and Cheese

A simple recipe for scrambled eggs with cheese and Bolivian chuños (Bolivian black dried potatoes).
INGREDIENTS FOR CHUÑO PHUTI

10 boiled Chuños
- 3 eggs

100 grams of cheese
- Salz & Pfeffer
PREPARATION OF CHUÑO PHUTI

1. Soak the chuños in water overnight
- 2. Boil in fresh water the next day
- 3. Tear cooked chuños into pieces and sauté with 2 tablespoons of oil
