Bolivian Recipes: Fricasé
Fricasé is a typical Bolivian dish - very popular and on the menu of every Bolivian restaurant.
INGREDIENTS FOR FRICASSEE

2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 kg pork ribs
- Cumin
- Pepper
- Mint (optional)

Oregano
- Ají Vaina Yellow
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 4 cups Mote Corn
- 10-15 Chuños

PREPARATION OF FRICASSEE

1. Sear the pork ribs until golden brown
- 2. Add ají, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper, and oregano and sauté lightly as well.
- Add plenty of water and let it cook until the meat is done.
- 4. At the same time, cook Chuños and Maiz Mote
