Bolivian Recipes: Tojorí

Tojorí is a traditional Bolivian hot drink made from ground Wilkaparu corn.
INGREDIENTS FOR TOJORÍ
- 
1 cup Tojorí (soaked ground Wilkaparu corn) overnight in some water  
 - 750 ml water 
 - 
250 ml milk 
 
- 
100 ml condensed milk 
 - 2 tablespoons of flour 
 - Cinnamon to taste 
 - Sugar to taste
 
PREPARATION OF TOJORÍ
- 
1. Soak the ground Wilkaparu corn in some water overnight.
  
 - 
2. Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring constantly until a thick mixture is formed. 
 
- 
3. Taste and add more cinnamon and/or sugar if needed 
 - 4. Fill into a glass container and serve. Enjoy as warm as possible.
