The popular Bolivian peanut soup – as a convenient ready-made soup

Peanut soup is one of the most traditional and tastiest soups of our beautiful Bolivia, originally from Cochabamba.

The preparation is typical, just like in this practical ready-to-use package, with chicken meat.

However, in Bolivia, there are now also vegetarian variations. What should not be missing in either case is a delicious Llajhua to give the soup the right kick. At least if you can handle a bit of spiciness.

Preparation of Sopa de Maní

Preparation:

Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add the contents of the package & let it boil for 20 minutes. Finally, add the pasta and cook for another 10 minutes.

Suggestion: Add cooked potatoes or small fries.

Ingredients: Pasta, peanuts, dehydrated onions, dehydrated oregano, dehydrated carrots, beef and chicken meat extract.
