Mocochinchi is a Bolivian iced tea made from peeled and dried peaches.
The preparation of Mocochinchi is very simple: the fruits are soaked in water overnight to soften them, and then cooked together with sugar and cinnamon. For added flavor, a few cloves can also be added.
The drink is served cold, possibly with a few ice cubes, and is especially popular among young and old alike during the warmer months. In Bolivia, Mocochinchi is actually served at almost every street corner.
