Yellow Ground Chili (Stk. 50 g)
One of the basic ingredients of Bolivian and Peruvian cuisine is Aji Amarillo.
Ají Molido Amarillo is particularly well-suited for preparing sauces such as "Ahogado" and soups like "Fricasé".
The Aji Molido Amarillo is somewhat spicy. It can initially be prepared with a little water to determine the amount needed for the desired recipe.
