Bolivian corn soup with charque

Lagüita de Choclo is a delicious ready-made corn soup from Bolivia. Serves 5 portions.
Contains small pieces of Charque (dried beef).

Ingredients:
Selected corn, dried garlic, onion, red pepper, oregano, parsley, dried beef

Die Zutaten für die Zubereitung einer Laguita de Choclo Fertigsuppe: Wasser, ein Topf und die Fertigmischung von Cocinero Perira D.

Preparation of the Laguita de Choclo instant soup:

Dissolve the contents of the package in 1.5 liters of cold water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. The amount is sufficient for 5 to 6 plates.
Season to taste – we definitely recommend adding some salt. You can also add some broth and/or meat. If you prefer it a bit spicier, you can of course add some Llajua to the soup.
