Horsetail (Stk. 20 g)
Cola de Caballo is a plant from the genus of horsetails. It belongs to the family of ferns and is a perennial herb that populated the forests more than 270 million years ago.
Cola de Caballo (literally translated "horse tail") has a long history as a medicinal plant and is still used in Bolivian herbal medicine today, among other things, for the treatment of inflammations.
Preparation: Pour one tablespoon of dried Cola de Caballo over one liter of hot water and bring to a boil to make tea. Sweeten with a little sugar if desired.
