Preparation:
Maca flour is very easy to use – it is not cooked but simply stirred into foods or drinks like a superfood powder.
For drinks & smoothies, for example, add 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 5–10 g) to a glass of milk, plant-based drink, juice, or smoothie and stir well – or use a blender.
